Your Sivi application workspace
When available, create a verified member account, prepare a private application draft, manage your records and exercise your data rights. The private portal remains unavailable for sensitive submissions until its security and privacy readiness requirements are met.
Create a secure account
Registration requires a verified email address. SMS/WhatsApp are optional separately consented channels, not substitutes for email verification.
Email confirmation
Codes expire after 10 minutes and cannot be reused.
Accept an administrator invitation
You must control the invited email, enter its one-time code, choose your own password and acknowledge the privacy/purpose terms. An administrator cannot activate an account for you.

Access your own records only. Members cannot view other applicants' files.

These fields are encrypted before storage in the database. Drafts are not submitted to GPAA automatically.
Private documents
Document intake requires additional security readiness checks and is currently locked by default.
Data rights and account control
Your privacy controls are designed around access, consent history, deletion requests and recorded access decisions. Deletion may be restricted where a documented legal retention hold applies; backups and notification-provider retention require separate operational handling.
Optional verification channels
Phone confirmation is an optional second verification channel. It must be expressly opted into; no marketing messages are enabled by default.
Request permanent account deletion
This may destroy your saved application drafts, uploaded documents and active sessions. Export first. Certain records may have to be retained under a lawful obligation.
