Scoped GPAA sources
Only public GPAA pages and relevant linked PDFs are captured. A bounded first-pass inventory covers the navigation. Higher-value sources are revisited every Monday; changes enter human review.
Register a relevant official GPAA link
Only public GPAA HTTPS HTML pages and downloadable PDFs are allowed. Staff can select which sources run weekly; unrelated schemes are never treated as military-veterans entitlements.
GPAA capture and review history
GPAA site overview · initial inventory & weekly change watch
Initial inventory covers publicly linked service areas, including GPAA pensions, publications, office/contact advice, outreach, media, events, vacancies and tenders. The weekly watch prioritises military-veteran application forms, related pension guidance, service updates and contacts. This never changes approved rules without review.
Initial captures are processed in bounded batches of up to 25 sources. Run again until the remaining initial queue is zero. Scheduled weekly checks use due-date order and preserve previous screenshots/downloads as source snapshots.

Inventory links are not vetted legal advice or approved benefit terms. View the original GPAA source to investigate.
Benefits and rand amount registry
Displays active published rules. The source-linked formula and means thresholds are derived automatically; edit those in the governing Rules tab. Other permitted amount changes are staged into a new draft, checked for contradictions and published separately after manual source review.
| Benefit | Programme | R min | R max | R reference | Basis | Effective | Source |
|---|
An empty amount means “not established”, not R0. The SASSA war-veterans grant is separate from the DMV pension, and means-test ceilings are not cash benefits. Never sum these columns to create a package.
Edit one benefit record
Choose a row from the registry. Derived amounts are edited through their governing rules; conditional service values require an independently verified source.
Validation and publication
The full validation engine checks pension formula consistency, survivor cap, source linkage, missing dates and impossible min/max combinations.
Saving a draft does not publish. To publish, use the explicit source-review checkbox and 20-character justification in the Rules tab. Your changes are logged and versioned in PostgreSQL.
Source-linked rules JSON
Editable amounts, means, survivor share, orphan age rules and benefit linkages. Invalid or contradictory rules cannot be published. Do not paste secrets or client records.
Publish reviewed draft
You must independently check legislation before publishing. Scraped changes cannot publish themselves.

Source-watch status
A changed page hash is only evidence of changed bytes; it is not proof that the law changed. Compare with the actual Gazette before modifying any rule.
